Three students representing The Oakridge School recently won high honors in this years's WordWright Challenge, a competition for American high school students requiring close reading and analysis of many different kinds of prose and poetry.  In the year's first meet, held in October, freshmen Ananya Kumar and Emily Meadows were among the 127 highest-scoring ninth graders in the entire nation, while Junior Faith Daniels placed among the 109 highest-scoring eleventh graders nationwide.  More than 65,000 high students from 48 states entered the meet.  Congratulations to these outstanding owls.
