Congratulations to Gretchen Leffler who won first place for her artwork, “Strutting Along,” in the high school 3-D division of the Star-Telegram Stock Show Art Contest! Gretchen’s work depicts a polish rooster made out of duct tape, foil, wire, wood and sand paper. Her award includes a $2,000 college scholarship.
In addition, for the third year in a row, Oakridge was recognized as Champion Elementary School in the Star-Telegram Stock Show Art Contest. It was Oakridge’s sixth time to earn this honor. Congratulations to Renay Levisay and our Lower School artists.
